Paragraph 1: Website

1.) Elicitation of private data:
Each call of our site is logged by the server for statistical use and to detect attacks.
The protocoll contains:
the called site, date and time, submitted amount of data, status of the submission, client version and calling ip address/hostname
Those protocolls are pruned automatically after a few days.

2.) Passing the data to third parties:
The data from the protocoll will not be handed to any third party (except the ones at 4.)).
Exception: Passing the data to the investigation authority at criminal acts, threats of criminal acts and threats of suicide.

3.) Cookies:
There are no cookies set.

4.) Sharing data with other online services:
Through calling the statistic icon of searchirc.com on the main page searchirc.com may logs this call.
What they do with your data is not in our hand.

5.) Processing of data outside the EU:
The data will not be processed or transported outside the EU.

6.) Persons who are allowed to call the data:
Only the administrators of the webserver are permittet to view the protocoll data.

7.) Use the site anonymously:
You can use this site anonymously using a proxy, TOR, JAP or any other technical way to hide your origin.
The administration reserves the right to block some methods if they are used for attacks against the infrastructure.

8.) Cloaked communication:
A SSL cloaked communication with this site is possible by using https:// instead of http://.

9.) Asking for data and removing specific private data:
Asking for specific data regarding a single person is impossible due to the effort it needs.
The protocolls are deleted automatically after a set period of time.
Paragraph 2: Support- and Ticketsystem

Additionally the data you entered at the forms are saved at the ticket systems database.

Exception: Passing the data to the investigation authority at criminal acts, threats of criminal acts and threats of suicide.

3.) Cookies:
Cookies are set to identify you with your current session.

4.) Sharing data with other online services:
No data from the ticket system or the webserver protocoll are shared with any other online services.

5.) Processing of data outside the EU:
The data will not be processed or transported outside the EU.

6.) Persons who are allowed to call the data:
Only the administrators of the webserver and the support team are permittet to view the protocoll and ticket system data.

7.) Use the site anonymously:
You can use this site anonymously using a proxy, TOR, JAP or any other technical way to hide your origin.

The EMail just has to exist.
The used nickname can be chosen freely.

The webserver protocolls are deleted automatically after a set period of time.
The data at the ticket system is pruned if there is technical need for it.
Paragraph 3: IRC
1.) Elicitation of private data:
The administration has access to the following non-public information:
-IP/Hostname of the user
-timestamp of connect/disconnect
-history of used nicknames

Private Messages between users are not logged.
Channels are not logged except an IRC operator is present and willing to do so.
The IRC staff can not affect the log abilities of other users.
There is an automated module active checking each message passing the IRC for malicious messages and commands.
It´s reaction can go from simply blocking the message up to a permanent ban from the IRC.
In any case, if one of those used filters do match, the IRC staff gets a report about the incident.
Any activities on the network are checked by an automated system to prevent and answer attacks against our infrastructure.

2.) Passing the data to third parties:
No data processed at the IRC will be handed out to any third party.
Exception: With connecting to our network a check at your IP is running if it is listed at several DNS blacklist services to prevent attacks and forbidden use of proxies.
Exception: Passing the data to the investigation authority at criminal acts, threats of criminal acts and threats of suicide.

5.) Processing of data outside the EU:
It may happens that a DNS blacklist service is located outside the EU.

6.) Persons who are allowed to call the data:
Only the IRC network staff is allowed to access the data.

7.) Use the site anonymously:
The anonymous use of the IRC is restricted.
Open proxies or TOR are forbidden due to massive abuse in the past.
Bouncers, private proxies or VPN services are allowed.
The data about you given to the IRC server (nick, ident, realname) does not have to contain your real data, you can use pseudonyms.

8.) Cloaked communication:
You can use an SSL encrypted connection at this IRC network.
SSL ports are: 6601,6697,7000

9.) Asking for data and removing specific private data:
Due to the massive amount of data giving you a report is impossible.
The following commands are avaiable to see your own current data:
/whois yournick
/whowas yournick
/ns info yournick all
The deletion of the stored data follows a simple principe:
The oldest dataset is deleted if a new one appears.
The time until deletion is just affected by the amount of new generated data.
